General School Bus Pricing Details (based on 4hr minimum reservation)

Daily morning and evening transportation run=starting at $500/bus/day

Weekday Athletic Runs (practice, & games)=starting at $575/bus (5hr reservation; $50 each additional hour)

DC trips (school bus): 5 – 10 miles = starting at $525 (4hrs minimum)

Maryland trips: 15 – 20 miles = starting at $575 (4hrs minimum)

Mt Vernon/Baltimore trips: 25 – 30 miles = starting at $625 (4hrs minimum)
$75 each additional Hour and $3 per additional 1 mile. Prices are negotiable. Great discounts for new customers and referrals. Call us for more information.

Payment Policy:

Make all checks payable to Central Avenue Bus Service. Cash is accepted in a sealed envelope. For credit card payments please request an electronic invoice. Credit card fee is 3.3% & ACH 1.2%

Payments must be held for scheduled pick up or paid online
Note: Payment is due day of or before the trip unless other payment arrangements have been made. Overdue accounts are subject to a service charge of 5% per week.
